THCa, or tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, is found in raw cannabis and hemp plants and has garnered a lot of attention over the last few years.

IS THCa LEGAL?

In 2018 the Farm Bill federally legalized hemp and hemp-derived compounds, this established a legal distinction between marijuana and hemp based on Delta-9 THC content. Under these guidelines, cannabis flower with less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC is federally legal and considered hemp. This legislation allows states to sell THCa flower and products legally as long as they follow federal hemp laws. However some states have past laws limiting or all together banning the sale of THCa. Before purchasing THCA it is important to understand the laws around THCa in the state that you live. Below is a list of states that we will not ship to.
