Refund policy

At SYGIL, every order is prepared and packed with intention. Because many of our offerings are consumable, delicate, or uniquely curated, our return policy is intentionally limited to protect product integrity and maintain fairness for both our customers and the House.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

Return requests must be submitted within 2 business days of confirmed delivery.

Returns are only considered for:
• Items damaged during transit
• Incorrect items received
• Missing items from an order

We generally do not accept returns based on preference, scent, energetic interpretation, or change of mind.

The following items are final sale unless they arrive damaged:
• Crystals
• Showpiece or display cases
• Gummies and ingestible products
• Hemp perfume roll-ons
• Cartridges and similar consumable-use products
• One-of-a-kind or limited pieces

If your package arrives damaged, opened, resealed, or tampered with:
• Record video while opening the package when possible
• Take clear photos of packaging and contents

Contact us within 2 business days with documentation.

• Smaller orders may be replaced or refunded immediately at our discretion.
• Larger or high-value orders may be refunded after carrier claim resolution.

Carrier investigations may take up to 30 business days.
