Sygil Exotics Return Policy
All sales are final.

Due to the nature of hemp products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been shipped. This policy helps ensure product safety, quality, and compliance.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product prior to ordering, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing times may vary based on inventory availability, order volume, and carrier schedules.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via UPS

Bulk flower orders may require shipment through UPS and may require an adult signature upon delivery. 

Estimated transit times:

UPS: 1–5 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Carrier Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Sygil Exotics is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, routing issues, holidays, labor shortages, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for carrier-related delivery delays.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Sygil Exotics is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

If a package is lost, stolen, or missing after delivery, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

Returned Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer may choose one of the following options:

•⁠  ⁠Pay the applicable shipping charges to have the order reshipped.
•⁠  ⁠Receive a refund minus the original shipping cost and a 10% processing fee.

Due to the nature of hemp products, returned items cannot be resold and must be discarded regardless of condition.
