Account Responsibility
Trade accounts are private and non-transferable. Account holders are responsible for all activity under their login credentials.
Unauthorized sharing of access may result in account termination.

Ordering & Payment
All orders placed through the trade portal are final once confirmed.
Payment authorization constitutes agreement to purchase. Chargebacks or payment disputes outside standard fraud protections may result in account suspension.

Fulfillment
Orders ship from licensed fulfillment partners in original packaging.
Estimated shipping timelines are not guarantees and may vary due to carrier conditions. Sygil Exotics is not responsible for delays outside our control.

Shipment Responsibility
All shipments are insured during transit. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of expected delivery.
Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Compliance
Purchasers are responsible for complying with all local laws regarding possession, resale, and distribution.
Sygil operates as a licensed vendor channel and does not assume liability for misuse after delivery.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sygil Exotics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the trade portal or purchased products.

Sygil reserves the right to revoke trade access at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.
